1. Information We Collect

When you use MapFirst, we collect minimal information necessary to deliver our cadastral mapping and property discovery services:

  • Inquiry Details: When you submit a property inquiry, brochure request, or schedule a site visit, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and optional unit preference.
  • Preference & Session Data: Currency toggle settings (INR, USD, AED), saved favorite properties, and recent map zoom coordinates stored locally in your browser.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, browser type, device category, and IP address used strictly for cybersecurity and performance monitoring.

2. How Your Information is Utilized

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate real estate inquiry fulfillment:

  • Directly notifying the developer or official promoter of your specific project inquiry.
  • Facilitating international NRI advisory consultations regarding FEMA, tax holidays, and GIFT City regulations.
  • Processing enterprise commercial site-selection requests and road-frontage RFPs.
  • Improving Google Maps vector rendering and search responsiveness.
