Please read these terms carefully before accessing the MapFirst platform. By exploring the cadastral map, reviewing property specifications, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
MapFirst is an independent digital marketplace, cadastral GIS visualization tool, and marketing aggregator. MapFirst is not a real estate agent, developer, or promoter. All project information, layouts, prices, and possession dates are displayed for discovery purposes and sourced from developer disclosures, municipal Town Planning records, and official GujRERA filings. Users are advised to independently verify all project RERA registration certificates on gujrera.gujarat.gov.in before entering into any binding purchase agreement.
1. Platform Nature and Scope
MapFirst provides spatial real-estate discovery, municipal Town Planning (TP) scheme boundaries, GDCR buildable potential indicators, and direct lead transmission services. We do not collect booking amounts, negotiate property transactions, or provide legal title certification.
2. Accuracy of Cadastral & Geographic Data
Town Planning Scheme boundaries, Final Plot (FP) numbers, and road widths displayed on the map are compiled from approved AUDA (Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority), AMC (Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation), and GIFT Urban Development Authority cadastral records. While we exercise reasonable diligence to maintain accuracy, municipal authorities may periodically re-align draft schemes or adjust arterial road widths. These visual boundaries are intended as high-fidelity reference tools and do not substitute for official government demarcation certificates issued by the City Survey Office.
3. Inquiries and Direct Developer Connections
When you submit your contact details via an inquiry modal or telephone click:
- You authorize MapFirst to forward your contact information to the developer’s authorized sales personnel or designated overseas representative.
- You agree that the developer may contact you regarding floor plans, price sheets, and site visit scheduling.
- MapFirst acts solely as a conduit and assumes no liability for representations made by third-party sales representatives.
4. Intellectual Property
All software architecture, Google Maps styling implementations, user interface designs, mathematical algorithms (such as the GDCR FSI and square-yard conversion engines), and proprietary databases are the intellectual property of MapFirst. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or reverse-engineering of our cadastral GeoJSON boundaries without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of MapFirst shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
